With a decade of experience bridging technology, operations, and business transformation, Mila plays a central role in aligning Source’s vision with measurable outcomes for clients and partners around the world.

Her work focuses on identifying emerging opportunities where automation and AI can deliver strategic value — helping organizations evolve beyond efficiency gains to build truly adaptive, data-driven operations. Under her leadership, Source has refined its go-to-market frameworks and expanded its reach into new sectors, including enterprise services, advanced manufacturing, and digital infrastructure.

Before joining Source, Mila led transformation projects for multinational firms in Europe and Asia, advising C-level executives on digital strategy, product-market alignment, and operational redesign. Her cross-disciplinary background allows her to navigate both the technical and business dimensions of complex projects, ensuring every initiative is grounded in clear ROI and scalable impact.

At Source, she collaborates closely with the executive team and engineering leads to translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps — ensuring that innovation remains focused, sustainable, and strategically aligned with market needs.

Mila holds a Master’s degree in Business and Technology Management from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow and completed executive programs in strategic leadership at INSEAD.

Beyond work, Mila is a passionate advocate for women in tech and serves as a mentor in several European startup accelerators.
