Jonas Richter serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Source, where he leads the development of the company’s core automation and AI technologies. With a career spanning more than twelve years in software engineering, data systems, and AI infrastructure, Jonas is responsible for shaping Source’s technical vision and ensuring its solutions are built on a foundation of scalability, precision, and reliability.

Jonas joined Source in its early stages, bringing deep expertise in distributed systems and applied machine learning. His technical leadership has been pivotal in designing Source’s proprietary frameworks that power intelligent workflows across industries — from finance and logistics to manufacturing and customer operations.

Prior to Source, Jonas held senior engineering roles at several leading European tech firms, where he specialized in automation architecture and enterprise integration systems. His work focused on bridging the gap between legacy infrastructure and modern, AI-driven platforms — a challenge that remains at the core of his philosophy today.

At Source, Jonas oversees engineering strategy, product architecture, and research initiatives that explore the frontiers of autonomous process optimization. Jonas holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich, where he focused on machine learning and large-scale systems design.
