Sophia Nguyen serves as Automation Architect at Source, where she designs intelligent automation systems that help organizations streamline operations and scale with precision. Known for her meticulous approach and deep technical insight, Sophia blends process optimization with advanced AI integration — ensuring every automation built at Source delivers measurable impact and long-term scalability.

With over a decade of experience across enterprise technology and digital transformation, Sophia has led initiatives spanning robotic process automation (RPA), workflow orchestration, and AI-driven decision systems. Her work focuses on turning complex, fragmented processes into seamless, self-improving workflows — enabling teams to operate faster, smarter, and with fewer manual dependencies.

Before joining Source, Sophia was a Senior Automation Engineer at a New York–based consultancy, where she built automation frameworks for financial, logistics, and SaaS clients. Her ability to translate technical systems into strategic outcomes quickly made her a go-to advisor for large-scale automation rollouts.

At Source, Sophia collaborates closely with engineers, product strategists, and clients to architect end-to-end solutions — from initial process mapping to AI model deployment. She believes in automation that enhances human capability, not replaces it, and often describes her work as “engineering time back into the business.”

Sophia holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and has certifications in both UiPath and AWS AI Services. When she’s not leading automation projects, she contributes to Source’s internal R&D efforts focused on ethical AI frameworks and adaptive automation systems.

Outside of work, Sophia is passionate about mentoring women in technology and volunteers as a guest speaker for university AI and automation programs.
