David Laurent is the Head of Operations at Source, where he oversees the company’s global delivery, organizational efficiency, and cross-office coordination across five cities. With a reputation for turning strategic vision into measurable outcomes, David ensures that Source’s fast-moving teams maintain clarity, precision, and alignment — no matter the scale or complexity of a project.
Before joining Source, David held senior operations roles in leading European tech consultancies, where he specialized in scaling teams and optimizing internal systems for growth. His background in both project management and data-driven strategy allows him to bridge technical and business priorities seamlessly, fostering collaboration between engineering, design, and client success teams.
At Source, David’s role centers on operational excellence — refining processes, standardizing delivery models, and enabling leadership to make informed decisions through metrics and insight. Under his direction, Source has developed a globally unified operations framework that supports agile delivery while maintaining the quality and precision that define the company’s brand.
David earned his Master’s in Management and Technology from ESCP Business School in Paris. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma professional and a strong advocate for continuous improvement and transparent leadership.
When not orchestrating operational systems, David can often be found cycling through the English countryside or exploring contemporary architecture — pursuits that mirror his belief that structure and creativity should always work hand in hand.
