Her work ensures that every system Source builds — from AI-driven workflows to analytics platforms — operates on a foundation of precise, reliable, and well-orchestrated data.
Before joining Source, Amelia worked at a fast-growing fintech company in London, where she architected real-time data pipelines supporting millions of daily transactions. Her efforts to improve data scalability and consistency enabled the team to shift from manual reporting to a fully automated data ecosystem, cutting processing time by over 70%.
At Source, Amelia bridges the gap between engineering and analytics — developing ETL processes, modeling data for automation insights, and optimizing performance across cloud environments.
